Arab Strap were Malcolm Middleton and Aidan Moffat. From 1996-2006 they recorded 6 studio albums, 3 live albums and all manner of everything else. They are no more.
The A.B.’s were Aidan Moffat with Gavin Moffat, Stuart The Postman, “Cheg” Taylor and The Stobe. Formerly known as The Arab Strap but renamed posthumously for obvious reasons by G.M. Recorded over 40 songs on dictaphones and 4-tracks from 1991 - 1995. Based in Falkirk, Scotland. Never played live. Chance of reformation: slim.
